You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

🛒 Orders may be canceled within 1 hour of purchase, provided the item has not yet been fulfilled.

📦 Once an item has been fulfilled, it can no longer be canceled under this cancellation window. If you no longer want the item, you may be eligible to return it under our 30-Day Return Policy.

🇪🇺 EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

Standard return conditions still apply.

💳 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process it
